Hotel Turnover Checklist (please check off & text with After-Pics)
Staging Pics
1. ARRIVAL
Tell client or Aally’s arrived (or use app)
Walkthrough: Photos of damages (so we can claim insurance, send handyman before next check-in)
Wash&Dry linens & towels first (check pullout couches)
Dryers: Always clean lint trap to avoid overheating, fires & damage claims
Hotel-clean the home (all surfaces and Knick knacks need to be dust & dirt free, hair free…)
2. DETAILING & RESTOCKING
Tidy up lawn and / or roof if necessary
Dust/wipe window edges
Wipe inside ALL drawers (check dishes
Clean all appliances
Empty out fridge & freezer & ice
Trash bins: wipe trash if dirty
Trash bins: big or small must place new bags (leave 2 extra kitchen bags at bottom of bin)
Clean Coffee machines & restock coffee
Wipe exterior of soap bottles
Check linens & towels don’t have hairs or lint
Check underneath beds & couches
Center & align knick knacks and furniture
Final Walkthrough for dust
White Paper Towel Test the counters and floors after cleaning (they complain if white socks get dirty)
Stained linens or towels? take pics for clients then throw out. Ask for replacements if needed
Towel sets on beds: 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel per pillow
Restock: coffee
Restock all soaps & detergents: bathrooms & kitchen
Toilet paper: 3 rolls per bathroom
Paper Towels: add another / replace if not full
3. CLOSING OUT & PHOTOS
Thermostat - Turn OFF
Touch up Courtyards if necessary
City carts to curb if full
PHOTOS: From each Doorway switching all electronics on lights, fans, TV’s (this helps check for handyman issues, missing remotes, battery replacements...)
PHOTOS: inside of trash bins, inside of all appliances, inside all drawers
PHOTOS: Toilet close-ups
PHOTOS: inside of all appliances and trash bins
PHOTOS: Yards &/or Roof
