  • Checking in on Taskbird app or by text (clients and management don't know if arrived or if need to send someone to replace no-shows)

  • Informing clients of technical problems before next client check-ins

  • Smelly towels and throw blankets

  • Crumbs between cushions

  • Clear Kitchen counters (Soaps and sponges place only in cabinet under sink, NO used sponges)

  • Dingy towels placed next to nice towels ruins the vibe.
