EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION FOR FULL-TIME CLEANING SPECIALISTS (during and after the 1 month trial period)

DURING 1-MONTH TRIAL PERIOD:

• Hours: Approximately 3-5 days per week, from around 10 AM/11 AM to 4 PM/5 PM.

• Prices: Payment is made per task or per house based on a pre-set pricing schedule, which will be detailed after the interview.

• Average Payouts: Expect to earn between approximately $300 and $500 per week during the trial period. This range depends on your availability and may vary with the season.

AFTER 1-MONTH TRIAL PERIOD:

• Hours: Full-time position requiring at least 5 days per week.

• Average Salary: The position offers a monthly salary ranging from approximately $1,800 to $2,000, depending on work availability and seasonal demand.

• Bonuses: A salaried position Includes performance-based bonuses offering up to 5% of your monthly cleaning income.

• Tax & Social Security Deductions: All income and bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and social security deductions.
