Automated Scheduling: Please send us all of your iCals from your hosting website(s) and we will import them into our own calendar: example of how to copy your Airbnb iCal.

Basic Yard Touch-ups: Included to keep your outdoor space neat.

Extensive yard work may incur additional costs (+$) depending on complexity (e.g. extensive of outdoor furniture or grill cleaning, etc.) ​

If your property includes a pool or Jacuzzi, we suggest adding a note in your guest manual and checkout instructions to start a load of linens or towels before departure to minimize extra time onsite, otherwise an additional $40.00 will be added to the turnover.
