​Your Basic Turnover Services: Pricing & What they include

• Prices: 

  • ​are based on layout, size, distance from downtown

  • are structured for Short-Term Rental turnovers (rental periods of 2 weeks or less). Long-Term-Rentals may require price adjustments based on the additional cleaning and maintenance efforts needed.

(We understand that your profit margins are very important and we allocated VIP hourly pricing that takes that into account noting the continuous and regular turnovers)

• Automated Scheduling: Please send us all of your iCals from your hosting website(s) and we will import them into our own calendar: example of how to copy your Airbnb iCal.

​​​​​

• Basic Yard Touch-ups: Included to keep your outdoor space neat.

  • Extensive yard work may incur additional costs (+$) depending on complexity (e.g. extensive of outdoor furniture or grill cleaning, etc.) ​

  • If your property includes a pool or Jacuzzi, we suggest adding a note in your guest manual and checkout instructions to start a load of linens or towels before departure to minimize extra time onsite, otherwise an additional $40.00 will be added to the turnover.

• City Trash Bin Management: We manage city trash bins during each turnover, moving them to and from the curb.

  • Extra Trash bin Management services (Optional / +$). Managing trash on non-turnover cleaning days. Price depends on location.

• Cleaning supplies: We use our own supplies. If special solutions required we can coordinate storing them at your property for use.
