Limitations on Customized Tasks and Special Requests

At Aally's, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services tailored to the standard needs of short-term rental turnovers. Our pricing and service model are designed to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning, preparing your property for the next guests.​

Customized Tasks and Special Requests: We understand that some clients may require specialized tasks beyond standard cleaning, such as extensive staging, special visits, and additional time spent at the property communicating with clients about house inspections, etc. Please note the following limitations regarding such requests:

• Non-Included Services: Our standard turnover services focus solely on cleaning. Tasks that require our staff to spend extra time at the property or engage in activities outside typical cleaning duties are not covered under the standard pricing.

• Availability of Staff: Specialized tasks requested on non-turnover days are subject to the availability of our staff. We strive to accommodate such requests, but this may not always be possible due to pre-existing schedules.

• Additional Charges: Any special tasks or extended services will incur additional charges. These charges compensate for the extra time and resources required to fulfill these non-standard requests.

• Staffing at Turnovers: Our service agreements do not guarantee the presence of two persons at each turnover. The number of staff assigned is based on the size of the property and the extent of cleaning required to maintain our standards.

• Alternative Solutions: Clients requiring frequent, extensive customization may find that building their own in-house team is more suited to their needs. This approach eliminates the overhead costs associated with outsourcing to a cleaning company like ours and may provide more flexibility in staffing and task management.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If these conditions do not meet your specific needs, we are happy to discuss potential adjustments. However, please be aware that significant deviations from our standard practices may require a reevaluation of our service agreement and pricing to ensure fair compensation and resource allocation.
