OFFSITE LAUNDRY SERVICE FOR TURNOVER CLIENTS

 

As a turnover client,  your may opt for offsite laundry. Sometimes the turnover specialist will pick it up after your clean, and sometimes another staff member may take the job. 

 

The return may take up to 3 days to be dropped back off to the property.

 

We ask that you maintain an accessible storage outside of the home. One example of a solution would be an outdoor storage box (ideally with a coded lock) such as the following units: Devoko 100 Gallon Waterproof Large ; Furmax 100 Gallon Patio Lockable  

 

Typically a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house would require a 90-115 gallon box, and a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house may require a 100-150 gallon box.

 

This also means that we must have enough spares to use for each turnover. 

 

Please find here our 2024 price list for offsite laundry based on house layout (this may be adjusted upwards should the number of linens and loads exceed estimates).
