Supply Ordering & Procurement
Service fees reflect time spent coordinating, tracking, and managing supply orders outside of standard turnover cleans.

Propane Tanks exchange (for grills only)
To ensure timely exchanges, please maintain a tank gauge and keep a spare propane tank on-site. Same-day exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

Deep & Specialty Cleans (Quoted) (PHSub. deep clean credits)
Deep cleans, staging cleans, and post-renovation cleans are quoted based on layout, size, location, and scope.
Biohazard Cleaning
We provide limited biohazard cleanup (e.g., minor spills). Full remediation requires licensed specialists. An incident handling fee applies.

Laundromat
We generally recommend using a third-party pickup/drop-off laundry service. In occasional or emergency cases, we can coordinate offsite laundry. This would be billed at the laundromat cost (with receipt provided) plus a $65 flat offsite laundry/errand fee.

Last Minute Cancellations/Rescheduling
Made less than 1.5 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a $35 fee.
Property Health Assurance Program
This optional program provides structured oversight and ongoing documentation of your property’s condition and inventory beyond what can reasonably be completed during standard turnover cleans. The goal is to help maintain the long-term integrity of the property and reduce surprises over time.
When recurring tasks are handled within this structured program, pricing may differ from one-off or ad hoc requests due to predictability and scheduling efficiency.
