Turnover Add-On Services

 

The pricing below applies to services requested outside of your standard turnover cleaning rate.

Add-on services are priced individually based on property condition, timing, and team availability

Non-Cleaning Tasks: One-offs*

Ad Hoc Requests (Non-Turnover Days)

• $65 minimum (up to ~2 hrs)

• $30/hr thereafter

Contractor Coordination

• Yardwork → Vendor bill + 10% service fee

• Handyman services → Vendor bill + 10% service fee

Garbage & Exterior Tasks 

• Bring in / take out city bins + light yard touch-up → $45*

• Dump offsite during turnover → $30 flat

• Dump offsite on non-turnover day → $60 flat

Propane Tanks exchange (for grills only)*

To ensure timely exchanges, please maintain a tank gauge and keep a spare propane tank on-site. Same-day exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

• Standard propane tank exchange Fee $40  

Additional Cleaning Times (When Needed)

• Touch-up clean (home vacant between guests) → $75 flat

• Above average turnover cleaning time:

  • 2 hrs → $75

  • 3 hrs → $95

  • 4 hrs → $125

  • 5 hrs → $155

Deep & Specialty Cleans (Quoted)*

Deep cleans, staging cleans, and post-renovation cleans are quoted based on layout, size, location, and scope.

Biohazard Cleaning

We provide limited biohazard cleanup (e.g., minor spills). Full remediation requires licensed specialists. An incident handling fee applies.

• Incident handling fee → $150 flat

• Additional time:

  • 1 hr → $65

  • 2 hrs → $130

  • 3 hrs → $195

Laundromat:

We generally recommend using a third-party pickup/drop-off laundry service. In occasional or emergency cases, we can coordinate offsite laundry. This would be billed at the laundromat cost (with receipt provided) plus a $65 flat offsite laundry/errand fee.
