Scheduled monthly or biweekly interior visits focused on condition reporting, selected inventory checks and agreed preventive tasks.
EXTERIOR & WASTE MANAGEMENT — EWM
Scheduled weekly support for exterior checks, bins, waste and other agreed property needs between cleaning days.
PROGRAM ADD-ONS
Approved recurring or occasional tasks may be added to a scheduled PHA or EWM visit when timing and scope allow.

Programs continue month to month with no long-term commitment. Pricing is based on property size, visit frequency, selected services, add-ons, location and staffing needs. Personalized pricing is provided before service begins.
