Deep Clean Tasks, Inventory Management

Small-Medium sized homes (up-to 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths; max. 2000 sq. ft.)

  • Rotational Deep Cleans: Our expert team meticulously tackles deep clean tasks, rotating them as necessary between turnovers to ensure every corner of your home is impeccably clean.

  • Inventory Monitoring: Our staff are trained to identify any obvious damages or shortages in vital inventory, promptly reporting these during turnovers.

  • Detailed Inventory Count (Optional / $20.00): For an additional fee of $20.00, we offer a thorough inventory count whenever you want. providing you with a detailed report.

Large sized homes (4 Bedrooms, 2+ Baths, or larger than 2000 sq. ft.)

  • Special Deep Clean Coordination (+$): Given the size, these homes require more time for a thorough turnover clean. We offer to schedule a special deep clean day in coordination with you, at an incremental extra charge (VIP rates for turnover clients).

  • Optional Top-to-Bottom Cleaning Turnovers (+$): Alternatively, we can provide an extensive top-to-bottom house cleaning on every turnover for an adjusted additional fee, over and above our standard turnover charge. 

  • Inventory Monitoring: As with smaller homes, our staff will keep an eye out for any damages or low inventory, reporting these during turnovers.

  • Detailed Inventory Count (Optional / $20.00): For an additional fee of $20.00, we offer a thorough inventory count whenever you want. providing you with a detailed report.
